HCG Protocol for Injections

This is the complete protocol given to me by Doctor
Week 1 Starter Kit

Day 1 and Day 2:
  • Take the HCG injection first thing in the morning
  • Take supplements
  • Drink half of your body weight in ounces
  • Gorge yourself eat whatever you want and over eat for these two days only
  • Workout a minimum of 45 minutes any exercise you choose

Days 3-21:
  • Throughout the day:
  • Drink water the amount that equals half your body weight in ounces
  • Take HCG injection first thing in the morning
  • For drinks only have black coffe, organic green tea, organic chamomile tea, 
  • But no sugar, cream, or half and half
  • Use Stevia as an alternative sweetner
  • Throughout the morning drink as much organic green tea as you like
  • Exercise

Breakfast:
  • 2 egg whites or nonfat cottage cheese

Lunch
  • 4 ounces of beef, lamb veal, white fish or poultry
  • 1 cup of vegetables spinach, chart, beet greens, lettuces, tomatores, celery, fennel, onion, radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower (raw, steamed, grilled w/no oil)
  • 1 fruit (apple, pink grapefruit or handful of strawberries)
  • Use lemon, vinegar (apple cider, balsamic), or seasonings for flavor

Dinner
(Same as lunch)

Notes:
  1. Although Dr. Simeon's protocol allows for 2 breadsticks or Melba toast, my doctor preferred that I not add those to the diet until the second week.
  2. Dr Simeon's protocol does not include supplements, but my doctor's experience is that certain supplements aid in coping with the starch withdrawal which peaks during days 3-5, then passes.
  3. A protein alternative such as a protein powder to make a protein shake may be substituted for the meat protein, but it should be approximately 80 calories, have at least 16 grams of protein and only 1 gram of carbohydrates.
